We are a small distributor and do not house large volumes of stock so your items are ordered as you place them from our printer. Our shipping can take from 2-4 weeks despite our best efforts to get them to you as soon as possible.
Custom orders are not returnable. Any returns must be approved in advance by us and any cost involved in returning merchandise will be the buyers responsibility unless approved by UNION THUGS.
We will gladly ship outside of the United States but this must be approved prior to your purchase and their are extra shipping costs associated with Shipping Outside of the USA. Failure to pay these extra shipping costs could cause significant delay or cancellation of your order. Please note that shipping outside the USA does take longer so we will certainly try to get your items to you within 2 -4 weeks but cannot assure you that will be the case.

Very Important: Please be sure that your paypal/shipping information is up to date including all aspects of your shipping address. We will ship to the paypal/shipping address you provide to us via your paypal/shipping account. We are not responsible for items delivered to a bad address or not delivered because of your error. Items returned to UNION THUGS or lost because of bad information provided by the seller will not be reshipped unless buyer pays additional shipping charges, items lost will not be refunded in this case and are the responsibility of the buyer.
